DMDatabases (DMD) does not rent, sell, or share personal information that is provided to us when using our website.
Nor does DMD collect, sell, share, or disclose any information about anyone under 18 years of age. Nor does DMD collect, hold, or use sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, credit scores, banking information, biometric or health data; as such, DMD contains no sensitive Personally Identifiable Information data of any sort that can be released to any third party.
DMD does use an extensive array of Third-Party data sources to build and enhance custom databases. The databases are specifically geared to help our clients reach their potential customers and others through direct mail, email, display, mobile and multi-media channels. In this custom database building process, DMD never uses any Third-Party data vendor that does not strictly adhere to all federal and state laws on data privacy, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and are guided by the Code of Conduct of the National Advertising Initiative (NAI), a prominent industry standard for consumer privacy protection.
DMD understand that some consumers may not wish to have email or internet ads served to them, thus DMD only uses Third-Party data sources that provide a clear and easy opt-out mechanism. DMD never stores or sells Personal Information (name, address, phone, email) of a consumer that did not receive the opportunity to opt-out from the release of their PI for marketing purposes. And as an additional safeguard, DMD provides consumers an additional opt-out option at optout@dmdatabases.com.
